STAY AT BAREFOOT SCUBA RESORT
Located right off Beach No. 3 from where our boats head out for the daily diving and snorkelling trips, Barefoot Scuba Resort is ideal for all kinds of divers, from the economical to those seeking more comfort and luxury during your dive holiday. The resort has a fine restaurant called Café Del Mar that serves Indian and continental fares as well as great seafood. Since we are a dive resort, our rooms are reserved for those who wish to either dive or snorkel with us. There is a variety of activity options for you to choose from.
AC SEA-FACING DUPLEX
This elegant wooden duplex faces the sea through a small grove of coconut trees. The bedroom on the upper floor leads out to a private balcony, which is the perfect place to relax after a day of diving. A queen-size bed with an 8- inch mattress, with a mosquito net, will lull you to sleep in no time. On the lower level are the bathroom and the lounge. The lounge has a comfy sofa and glass sliding doors so you can enjoy the view of the ocean from the comfort of your room. This duplex cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
AC SEA-VIEW COTTAGE
The sea-view cottage is a wooden chalet that is slightly different from our sea-facing duplex cottages. This cottage too shares the same splendid view of Beach No. 3 and the balcony on the upper level is a wonderful place from which to relax and take in the cerulean waters and the white sands. The bedroom with a queen-size bed and a mosquito net is on the upper floor offering interiors that are simple and comfortable. The bathroom is on the lower level accessed by a small flight of stairs adjacent to the cottage. This cottage is ideal for a maximum of 2 people.
AC TENTED COTTAGE
The AC Tented Cottage is rustic, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room is equipped with a double bed, a mosquito net, an air conditioner and pedestal fans to keep the interiors nice and airy. The bedroom leads to the changing room complete with a clothes rack, a luggage area, and a dressing mirror. In the front of the tent is a porch with lovely wooden high-back chairs from where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the garden. The tented cottage is best suited for a maximum of 3 people.
A FRAME HUT
The A Frame Hut is a cosy cane and bamboo structure perfect for backpackers on a budget. It comes with a wall-mount fan, a light, a mattress, a mosquito net, and a power socket, which are just enough for travellers looking for accommodation that is inexpensive for long stays. It does not have an en suite bathroom; however, the resort has 5 clean common bathrooms equipped with western-style toilets and showers for the use of the guests staying in the hut. A maximum of 2 people can stay in the A Frame Hut.
