Recreational scuba diving requires good physical and mental health. Please read the medical form. If you have a YES answer to any question, you must consult a doctor (MBBS or higher qualification) and get a written clearance for scuba diving. The doctor must fill out and sign the 3rd page of the form. A YES without a physician’s written approval will disallow you from diving.

As per the regulations in the Andamans, guests over 50 must get a medical clearance for scuba diving.
